4 cups unsweetened soy milk (you may choose almond or coconut milk if preferred)
2 tablespoons peeled and finely grated fresh ginger
4 tablespoons peeled and finely grated turmeric
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Honey to taste (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, stir well, and bring to a simmer. Strain through fine strainer or cheese clothe if desired. Store milk in the refrigerator in sealed container. Milk may be drank warm or cooled.
